ClickCartPro - Peachtree Export
ClickCartPro exports its order data into Peachtree using CSV formatted files. These files are in a standard format that is supported by all versions of Peachtree.
ClickCartPro exports order, item and customer data only. It does not do tie into Peachtree for product functions like inventory controls. ClickCartPro exports it's order data in a format that debits and credits all proper accounts.
To use out the module, follow these steps:
1. In the Management Interface, access:
Home > ClickCartPro > Commerce: Orders and Checkout > Manage Online Orders (Completed and Processing)
Choose to 'Update' any orders you created. Change the 'Order Status' for any pending orders or partially shipped orders you want to export to 'Completed'.
2. Then access:
Home > ClickCartPro > Settings: Application Settings Menu > Peachtree Export Settings
Make sure that the Account Names, Tax Statuses and Account Numbers listed here are accurate. The system uses the following accounts: 1 Accounts Receivable, 1 Bank, 4 Income (Item Subtotal, State/Province Tax, Country Tax and Shipping) and 2 Expense (Discount, Sale). Make sure that the accounts in ClickCartPro are associated with accounts in Peachtree. All accounts must be present on both systems and all must match. You may need to create accounts in Peachtree. You may need to change the numbers of the accounts as listed in ClickCartPro to accounts already listed in Peachtree.
3. Then access:
Home > ClickCartPro > Exports: Data Export Modules > Peachtree Accounting Export
Choose the filenames to use and then export your orders. Only orders with an 'Order Status' of 'Completed' will be exported. Once orders have been exported, they cannot be exported again (SEE NOTE 1).
4. You'll be sent to the downloads screen to download your files. Do so and make note of where you save them on your computer.
5. Open Peachtree, choose to import data, browse to the export files you created and submit your request. After Peachtree has finished processing, your orders will be stored in Peachtree.
NOTE 1: An order can be exported more than once if you set it's 'Exported to Peachtree' status to false after an export. You can do this using:

NOTE 2: The customer export file is created with the following columns: CustID, CustName, Contact, BAddress1, BAddress2, BCity, BState, BZipcode, BCountry, BTaxCode, SName, SAddress1, SAddress2, SCity, SState, SZipcode, SCountry, STaxCode, CustType, Phone1, Phone2, Fax, Email, Rep, SalesAccount, PriceLevel, Terms.
NOTE 3: The item export file is created with the following columns: Item ID, Item Description, Item Class, Inactive, Item Type, G/L Sales Account, Item Tax Type.
NOTE 4: The order export file is created with the following columns: CustID, CustName, SalesOrderNo, Date, DropShip, SName, SAddress1, SAddress2, SCity, SState, SZipcode, SCountry, PONumber, ShipVia, DiscAmt, Terms, Rep, ARAccount, ARAmount, SalesCode, InvoiceNote, PrintAfter, DistLines, Quantity, Item, Description, ItemAccount, Price, TaxType, LineAmount, TaxAuthority.
