Setting up Royal Mail and Parcelforce Shipping

Royal Mail and Parcelforce are set up as zone-based methods in ClickCartPro and EuropaCart.

You can change Royal Mail and Parcelforce zone designations for countries in admin under System > Locations > Countries.

You can change Royal Mail and Parcelforce services offered in admin under Store > Shipping > Zone Based Shipping Products.

You can change Royal Mail and Parcelforce service rates for those services in admin under Store > Shipping > Zone Based Shipping Rates.

To assign products to use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for shipping, in admin, go to Store > Catalog > Products and for each product, set it's Delivery Method to Zone Based Shipping.

To load zone service and rate info into the software, visit http://www.kryptronic.com/Software-Downloads∞ and download the data files in the Zone Based Shipping Products & Rates section.
