Restoring Product Information

Restoring your product information requires deleting ALL of your existing product information in the database.
Make sure you have a backup copy of your product information BEFORE you start this procedure.
In admin under: System > Database > Raw Database Admin
then click on
SQL Statement: Submit a Raw SQL Statement
Enter the following statement in the
SQL Statement field:
At this point you no longer have any products in your database or store.
In admin under: System > Database > Raw Database Admin
Locate the ecom_prod table then click on
Import. Click on
Browse in the
CVS File field and locate your product CSV file on your computer. Click
Submit to load your product CSV file into the database.
If the Import succeeds you will see a message that says "The CSV file you uploaded was successfully loaded and used to import data into the selected table."
