Additions:
1) To enable 3D Secure In the Protx - Payment Form section scroll down until you see the following 
(PHP$stuff .= "Apply3DSecure=" . '0';

  1. Change the url from 
    $stuff .= "Apply3DSecure=" . '0';

    to 
    $stuff .= "Apply3DSecure=" . '1';

  2. Click on Submit to save your change and you should be all set.

  1. In admin under Home > ClickCartPro (GBU) > Commerce: Orders and Checkout > Manage Processing Gateways click on Update next to the Gateway Name Protx - Payment Form
  2. Change the Active Status to True
  3. Change the Gateway User/Store ID to your Protx Vendor name
  4. Change the Transaction Key/Password to you Protx encrypted password
